Even if you have loads of money but not a perfect body then its useless. A healthy body is worth more than millions. What we need is spend a few minutes daily and keep fit. We will be talking about Indian Yoga to keep ourselves healthy. The Yoga starts with Pranayama. There is nothing more important than Prana. Prana is what we do in our whole life. Breathe. The more air you take in the more oxygen you get and the more you live. We will start with the basic 7 types of Pranayam's and then will go to Mudras, Asanas and Yogic Exercises.
